Mission Statement:
The mission of Harmony House is to create and sustain a fully operational Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) for Ohio and Marshall Counties, West Virginia, to serve child victims and non-offending family members in a neutral, child-focused environment.
Harmony House will coordinate a child-focused, culturally competent, multi-disciplinary team approach for services in the hope that no child is further victimized by a system designed to protect the child. This approach is designed to reduce trauma and promote healing for victimized children and non-offending family members by furthering the assessment, investigation, and treatment of alleged child victimization.
